Since the first I have been counting calories and trying to have fruit everyday. The first week I lost 5 pounds. :)
I started placement on Monday and realized that I NEED to pack a lunch...there is no food nearby and my lunch is too short to run home and have it there. So Tues and Wed I brought a salad and fruit to eat...effectively raw all day! I am in placement till JUNE...so will be raw all day till June, lol. ...atleast during weekdays.
So I have levelled up again! (still dairy and gluten free....looks like I'm quitting eggs, they are causing me complexion problems and endometriosis problems).
