Im feeling better today. My visitor is almost done. Boy does it put me in a frenzy. I have to get my hormones under control. I gained weight the last week. Im back up to 160.5 more than what I started last month. I think Ill skip fasting for a while. I get so down about the week before my friend. Although it came early. Im just starting to bounce back from it. Im taking some supplements now hope they help.
Started my day with grapes glorious grapes. Had plenty of water and snacked on carrots. Im getting ready for lunch. Off to the salad bar. Romain/ and oranges thats my plan. Well maybe some carrots too. Low fat Hight fruit.
