Feeling Good having fun with fruit.
I am starting to feel really good. Im not out of energy by 8 pm. Yeah. I have been poundig water and fruits.
Yesterday, Orange,romaine smoothie for bfast.
Lunch grapes,
snack 3 bananas.
Dinner smoothie of romaine and dates.
snack more dates.
Today I started with and orange / spinach smoothie,
raw applesauce for lunch.
2 bananas.
Dinner will be a smoothie too.
Im not weighing myself till the end of the month. we are traveling next week so It might be a challange. Im headint out with tons of fruits and veggies. Maybe even the vitamix.
