Back on the road again.

So, its been a while since I have last post. I now am the mother of twin girls and need to lose weight. The most important thing for me is to be healthy. I just survived a really bad accident 2mths ago and only broke my leg, even though the car overturned. With this new issue and other issues, like no money and legal issues with landlord I have decided to go back to raw. I am in the process of moving and sunshine is an important priority for me. I will miss my sunshine in this place yet I must move on. I made Alissa's Italian wraps but left for two long, so I have chips inside of wraps. Can't wait to try the eggplant bacon. I pray that I stay headstrong on this road since It would be good for me and the girls to have an healthy mother. I mean I am now walking and even though the doctor's said I needed surgery, I didn't get and am doing as well as expected. Long road ahead

    Welcome back!
    Try keeping things more simple this time around. Save the recipes for once a week or so. Or have a couple of things ready for when the cravings haunt you. Add one or two juices or smoothies made with fruits and greens and that helps to satisfy. Keep it fresh, keep it juicy, and keep it simple. Spend time with those beautiful babies, not your dehydrator. :) Have an awesome and juicy day!
