So sorry you are feeling ill, Renee! But so happy to see you posting again! Woohoo!! Missed ya, girl! Be good to yourself. Are you having cramp type pain, back pain? I had yucky TOM when my hormones were a mess. I had to have lots of iodine, vitamin c, selenium, and calcium. Natural, of course. I think it was my entire adrenal system that was a mess. I had to just get myself in balance. I have not had yeast problems either since I got that in check. Try some fresh ginger/cayenne tea, maybe? And a nice hot bubble bath with candles and Luther Vandross? (ooh, he is a fave...)

Oh, Luther's a fav of mine too!! I'm quite interested in the tea you mentioned. So, is it fresh Ginger with sprinkled Cayenne and water...that's it? Seems like that would pretty strong, heh? No sweetener?

yes, just fresh ginger steeped in water and a tiny little bit of cayenne. no sweetener. not a lot of cayenne. it is not the lemonade fast or anything like that. it is a bit strong but supposedly useful. if nothing else, it is warm and soothing and will smell really good. :) So, are you still teaching or are you retired and eating raw bon bons now? My thyroid was a mess and I followed the iodine protocol (you can google it) and wow, the iodine came a couple of days after the other items and within two hours of taking it my hands and feet were warm, the horrid brain fog disappeared, and I was up off the couch. I was stunned. I thought for sure it would do terrible things to me. I am a big supporter of it now. I think you can also get some info at stop the thyroid madness. Oh yeah, and no more lumps and bumps in my breasts, since I already mentioned them.
