Good morning. :).
I'm finding coffee the hardest thing to give up. Yesterday dinner was raw instead of breakfast because of this.
I'm planning the same course today.
Yesterdays dinner was grapefruit. Evening snack of raw almonds & brazil nuts.
I have lost 2 pounds!!!! I am thrilled and finding a bit more persistence within myself.
How are you guys doing?
