Good morning rawbies.
This morning I am fasting. I'm tired and one week away from my period. The bloating will start soon, so I'm going to stay away from sodium all together...in all it's forms.
Today I will stick to a variety of apples, red grapes, celery, cauliflower & broccoli with a large romaine salad as well. Throw in a serving or two of raw nuts (almonds and brazil) and you have my food choices for the day.
Today is to be completely raw after my morning fast. I'm going to see if I can't jump start myself back into 100% raw. This easing into it isn't working fast enough for me. I have weeks were I'm not good...days that are great. I need more consistency.
Ok. That's it for today. Those are my goals.
