So, lately I've been eating nothing but smoothies. I feel good for the most part, but I've been having some serious meat and cheese cravings...... so my body wants protein, right? Every night, I go into the employee dining room and see things like mac and cheese or chicken nuggets and it's all I can do to walk away! Haha! I made some nut cheese the other day and I really wasn't digging it this time around. Does anyone have any suggestions for meat and cheese cravings?
I think part of the reason I didn't like my latest nut cheese was because this time I used walnuts instead of cashews. I was eating cashew cheese on my raw crackers, making it into an alfredo to top zucchini noodles..... I just loved the stuff! I think I may just be in a rut. Or maybe I'm not getting enough calories and my energy is just zapped. Anyway, I'd love some suggestions as to how to sate this meaty cheesy lust!
My food intake for the last 3 days (since I've been feeling this way) is 2 smoothies a day consisting each of:
2 cups almond milk
3 cups spinach
1.5 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 an avocado
