Day 1 is almost over. I tried a smoothie this morning for breakfast. Ended up letting the blender work for about 10 minutes before the texture was thin enough. Went to a health food store today and got some sunflower seeds and pineapple slices. I loved the pineapple. I wanted to eat all of it but I didn't. I'm going to pace myself. Still feel pretty good about doing this. My mom gave me some of her sea salt. Told me to have maybe 2 smoothies a day and then have a salad. Snack on veggies and fruits if hungry through out the day. Limit myself on the nuts. I forgot to grab one of her containers of honey. She's got 4. Haven't had time to workout today. Think I'll pass. I did have a cup of coffee today. I really don't think I'm going to be able to give that up. I like my coffee too much. Starting to get a mild headache. Oh, and I have been drinking water today.
1 stalk of celery, 1 banana, bunch of grapes, handful of greens, 1/2 apple- (smoothie)
small handful of sunflower seeds
pineapple slices-4 or 5
handful of greens, 1/2 a cucumber, handful of sunflower seeds, 7 florets broccoli, 1 stalk of celery (salad)
