Good morning
It is the new year and it with it comes change. I awoke this morning feeling like this will be our family's greatest success year yet.

The run back to raw is at a much slower pace than I had hoped it would be, but it is coming.

Breakfast: banana Yummy! I forget how delicious some of these foods are. All by themselves. Peel and eat is the best.

I have lost 6 ounces in the last four days. Ouch. I can remember the weight falling off me when I began this process 6 years ago, but being almost 40 and adding hypothyroidism to the mix is making it a much larger battle. But it is coming off. ;) That is the positive.

So how are you going to increase your raw this year? Try something new? Add an extra meal? Think about it and get back to me. Perhaps your ideas could help me as well.

Mmm bananas are great! Congrats on the weight loss, that is great! There is so much positivity to be gained isn't there :)

I always make green smoothies - I think I will get a juicer this week and get back into juicing!

Juicing is a great idea. I love smoothies. I've never owned a juicer, but have watched several infomercials in the middle of the night about them. Fun, fun. I think that is it, making raw more fun and more fun. God bless!

I did not last on the juicing, lol...but hubby is almost done day 2!

I have decided to just simply fold in more and more raw foods...I'm going to try and have a salad everyday for lunch. And on weekends I want to try one new raw recipe. Pick it out and shop for it Saturday and make it Sunday. My thought is that I will just ENJOY raw foods and also with the new recipes on the weekends I will have more and more staple favorites...and have fun in the process. :)

I am counting calories on sparkpeople too though...and maintaining the dairy and gluten free...which I had to just recommit to the dairy free due to a Christmas relapse...

Good plan Bananna! :). I keep adding more raw. As old recipes come back to me.
