I am so excited for this fast. Im going to weigh myself on Monday;s
Jan 2 156.4 lbs.

There it is a few holiday lbs. . Today I started a juice fast and want to continue as long as possible. Im prepared. I have lots of yummy OJ. If I get busy and can't juice Im just going to drink OJ from the orange groves..

Today Im feeling excited and happy. Im a little sleepy but have some energy. Im really looking forward to this month. I pick up my co-op box tomorrow Lots of organic fresh foods. There are many great juice options. I don't have alot of time to run to WF during the week. This is great I ll get mybox on Wednesday. The farmers markets are open on the weekends.

If I can't continue the fast I m going to stay raw 100% for 30 days. So excited.
