Thurs/ Day 4
Last night I had a craving for something, but I couldn't figure out what it was! Whatever it was for, it was really strong... I ended up settling for a cup of nettle tea and that helped the craving settle a bit. Yesterday's calories came to about 2,200 and I was still hungry after dinner! It very well could be the emotional feeling of wanting to eat more and feel "full".
Todays foods so far:
-smoothie: red chard, apple juice, banana, flax seed
-smoothie: kale, banana
I thought I had bought enough fresh food to last through the week, but I'm practically out! I need to go to the store tonight and get some more fruits, greens, and maybe some dates. I was never a huge fan of dates, but lately they're sounding really yummy.
That breakout on my face that I was having yesterday? Today's is worse. Why can't it be a rash on my leg or something that I could easily cover up with clothing?
I think March is going to be an excellent month. I can only imagine what kind of changes I'll see and feel in the next few weeks...
