Crying over spilt juice.

I made 1/2 gallon of carrot celery apple juice and spilt the whole thing . I still have juice for today. I can't wait for January. Im doing 30 day juice fast with my co-workers. There are 3 of us. We actually have a calender and menu of the first week. We are taking turns so Its not too much work on each of us. Great idea huh. Tuesday Im bringing the juice. Wednesday, Thursday I just go to work and drink great juices. Awesome huh.

Honey/ ACV
Coconut Water
Orange Juice (from Orange Grove un pasterized)
Parsley
Ordered Chlorella pills to help detox.

I felt sooo good yesterday evening I can't wait to see how I feel after 30 days of great juices. I have my book with my juice recipes I want to try. I want to try them all in one day, but thats not going to happen.

I will weigh in on Mondays but Im not concerned about that my main goal is to increase my energy and mental clarity. Get over PP depression. My son is 2 1/2 and my hormones are still kicking my butt. Maybe I should have eaten my placenta.

I joined the local organic co-op I get a huge box of produce every week for $45. I just pick it up on my way home from work. This weeks box has kale, chard, blueberries and many more yummy fruits and veggies. Love IT......Ilove organic blueberries. I will make a lovely fruit/kale punch.

I wish I could detox in one day get the junk out and be done with it. Im almost looking forward to the detox. I know I will feel so much better to get the crap out and the good stuff in. Thats it for today
