Yesterday: strawberries & blueberries at breakfast
Romaine & avocado at lunch
I am getting there with baby steps.
I have monitoring my weight on my weight boot app. I'm hoping that raw once again let's me overcome the hypothyroidism.
I'm off to exercise for the first time in months. I'm opening a pineapple for breakfast.
