Salad dressing
-----------------
Avocado
EVOO
Bragg's Liquid Aminos about a tsp
Orange Juice (to consistency)
Sesame Oil (I know, not raw, just a touch for smokey flavor)
I use baby romaine with herb mix, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes.
I'm just loving it, and I feel better than usual lately. I've cut back on the fruit in the last week and I'm finding that the weight is coming off a bit more. Don't get me wrong, I'm still eating or drinking at least 3-6 oranges a day and maybe some pineapple!
Smoothie Add-in

1 cup Coconut Butter (I blended it up myself with organic coconut shreds with no sugar added)
2 Tbs-ish raw cacao nibs
1/4 cup strawberries
a little sea salt
Raw Agave to taste
1 cup almond milk (for smooth consistency)
I keep this in the fridge to add to a smoothie of bananas, avocados,
raspberries, blueberries, or just more almond milk for a milk shake like drink! (Mmm, maybe add some mint next time!)
I'm really loving the experimenting that's going on in the kitchen as my senses evolve to create things I didn't know I could! I used to cook a lot and loved to make new things so I'm really pleased beyond belief that I can still have that in my uncooked life.
I've learned that I adjust to what my body is telling me to do right now. This week I'm craving greens and smoothies. Next week I may be crazy on green juice. I've realized that I don't have to be hard on myself for not getting enough of this or that on a particular day. I can always add it in another day and still be balanced. I feel freed by this. It took me 35 years to learn not to obsess about everything that I put in my mouth. As long as it's fresh and plant based, why worry about MODERATION?
Only I know what's right for me, and finally I do!
