Fell off the wagon

I fell off the wagon at lunch now I feel so terrible like I got the flu. I want to go crawl in bed. how can I do this to myself. I din't come to work prepared cuz busy getting the Holiday stuff in order. Raw is good SAD is bad. I can't believe how bad I feel. I am going home to juice for the next two days. I need to flush my system.

I was pondering. Many years ago I had a colonoscopy. We drank all of this liquid till our colon was very clean. The intestional walls were clean. I wonder if this kind of prep would be good before a juice fast??? I was reading Raw Angel Mom had worms on 8th day of a water fast. Now I think I have worms too. I ordered parasite cleanse and want to do colonics. I know its rediculous. But I think a good cleanse will do me some good.

When you feel the worst you need it the most.

    Maybe you have worms and maybe you don't. The point about RAM is that she didn't have worms on day 8. She passed them.

    Don't beat yourself up over eating a bit of SAD food. You ate it, you can't change that so don't compound the bad feeling by making yourself feel bad. Just get on with the next raw meal.

    Also, if you think you are going to feel dreadful you will; whether you eat sad or raw.
