Raw is beautiful. Raw desserts can be beautiful, too.

I went to a raw potluck tonight. It was a nice evening with a dozen friends and a few newcomers. I took dessert, of course. How can I not? People know where I work. They expect me to bring something fabulous and I hate to disappoint. The dessert plate pictured above isn't what I took tonight, it is a picture I took at work a couple weeks ago. I was going to take a picture of the dessert I took tonight, but it disappeared too fast. ; )

    Wow...I can see why it was gone too fast to take a picture. And the fact that they are raw is almost to good to be true!

    Oh, I really need to make a cheesecake! I've had a few pieces from the co-op and a local restaurant and I just know I can recreate it! Hope I can!

    Would that be Central Co-op? : ) We are making another delivery today, slices of Key Lime, Chocolate Peppermint, and Pumpkin.

    I'm sure you could do it, too! It gets easier with practice. : )

    The Co-op closest to me is the Sno-Isle Co-op in Everett, Wa. They carry one brand of cheesecake and only a berry one. Where is this Central Co-op with the multiple flavors!? LOL!

    Good News!! Jodee's Desserts are now being sold at Sno-Isle Co-op in Everett. Stop by there this Saturday, January 28 to meet Jodee and sample her pies.

    That looks really good. It's almost like a stigma among people who are not in the raw lifestyle that raw food cant be really delicious. Just look at those pictures!
