I really have to stop!
I recently got my dehydrator in the mail, so I just had to make some crackers. I just threw whatever in the blender.... tomatoes, celery, carrots, eggplant, onion.... and a healty dose of flax seeds. I left it going as I slept, and I jumped out of bed this morning excited to try my amazing creation..... it really was amazing!! I even made some nut cheese last night though I had no idea what I was doing. Put that on top of my cracker as well as piped on avocado all squished up and I now have a problem. I CAN'T STOP EATING IT! Seriously, it's sitting right here begging me to stuff my face.
I now realize that I can make this no more than once a month so I don't over indulge.
That being said, and having come to this decision I may as well eat the rest!
