Today was interesting food wise.
No breakfast
Raw at lunch: honey dew, watermelon & pineapple.
Raw at dinner: lots of lettuce & tomato
No exercise this morning. My youngest won student of the month. Hubby & I showed up to meet her at her school at 7:30am. She won an award & got her picture in the paper. :) ahhhh life is good.
I have set a few goals for myself tomorrow.
1) exercise for at least an hour. This means I must be up at four am.
2) a completely raw day. (this is more because I think my poor body needs a refreshment after holiday eating. ).
3) early morning prayer
Good easily attainable goals that will help me body mind & spirit. I'm off to sleep!
