A Little of This; A Little of That
Cleansing Protocol ~ Day 2
O.k., so, originally it was meant to be a juicing/smoozie feast yet, I realized, I don't want to do that soooo, I'm eating plain raw veggies such as celery and carrots and I'd rather eat grapes than juice them...
Tomorrow I'm going to the farmers' market in Hollywood and getting a bunch of fresh, raw, organic fruit, greens and veggies as I can find.
Today, so far I've had a few grapes, celery sticks and 3 dates. I have no desire for more.
Yesterday, I made a great smoozie which I shared with Himself; had about 3 dates (all I'm feeling to eat) lots of water; got some good training in: and, usually when I'm on patrol I get VERY hungry. I wasn't. I didn't eat until about 1 a.m. and had a small fruit bowl. Woke up, not hungry this morning, but thirsty.
I was considering whether to take my Dr. Schulze Super Food Plus, and/or Vitamin Code Raw vitamins or not. Have absolutely no desire for the vitamins. Have some desire for the SuperFood so, that's what I'm taking!
A LOT of smooth, easy bm's yesterday. Nothing yet today yet, I've not really done much in the way of movement yet either.
