Day 2 All raw
This morning I had a very large container of pineapple, canteloupe, cucumber, apple and ginger juice. It lasted from 6a to 11a. I filled up 3 very large glasses and felt very well cared for today. Around one, I had some strawberries and 2 bananas. I had these I think because I was craving the actual chewing on something. Tonight, I think I'll have a smoothie with an avocado in it and see how that makes me feel.
Last night I had a reallly hard time getting to sleep and may have gotten 3 hours of fitful sleep. I don't know if it was the diet change or the fact that I was coming off my weekend and returning to work this morning. I've been known to have a few sleepless nights on my Sundays.
Anyhow, I just thought it might be a good idea to document what I'm eating and how I'm feeling.
Other that tired, I feel more motivated than ever.
