My Wonderfully Raw Journey
Last night SAD
So today is my last day eating the SAD way and tomorrow i'll be going grocery shopping of lots of fruit and salad mostly fruit as i know i'll be craving sugars in the first week of detoxing. But i'm prepared for the detox i've had soo much processed sugars these past few days i know the detox will not be fun but i'm ready and i want to do it fast this time around so fruit and salad and green smoothies for a good 3-5 days and hopefully this extra 5lbs will shed off easily in the process. I'm hoping to lose 10-15 lbs in total in hopefully a month and a half cause i'm so close to my ideal perfect body and i just slightly got off track when college started back up but now i'm ready to get it under control. This time i don't think it will seem so hard and stressful because i wont be over complicating it with fancy raw recipes just mono meals and the occasional soups(no not raw) but better than other things i could be stuffing in my face. My goal isn't to be 100% but just to be happy and healthy again![]()
