I picked up some maca powder at the market the other day. Never really tried it except once, when I bought a big bag for someone who I knew really needed it. The thing is that I thought it was reeeally nice not to have to order it online.

Did a little research on the benefits of maca and wow! I think it's worth putting in my power shake every morning!

I think Maca it's going to help me with my recovery from exercising. Only have tried for it two days now. I feel beautiful so far!! :) Really haven't felt my best lately, so maybe maca is doing it's magic already!

Still trying to get back into my exercise routine. Just taking it day by day here trying to build my strength back up to where it used to be.

I've lost alot of weight. Just seems like the more raw food I eat, the thinner I get. So now it's more about having balance when it comes to raw food, exercise, and the way I'm living my life. I'm trying to build on some muscles and become a real athlete who has great physical endurance.

I did P90X and that worked out for two rounds, but then something happened. I don't know what, I started getting these really bad stomachache during my workouts which threw me off my routine. I started to lose some more weight and muscles after I stopped working out. And yes, I eat a lot of raw food and I still do, including nuts and seeds. And I've tried to be non vegan every once a while and ugghh... it makes me feel physically rundown for the next two days. So now I've decided I'm a Beegan. And would like to find olives that is not processed in a way that is a big no no for me.

Now that I'm thinking of this, tt seemed like it started when i started drinking Reverse omosis water, instead of bottled spring water. For some time I've been wanting to get a water filter but not knowing which. Last night, I came across the article about RO water effect on the body in the long run... I have a pretty good idea of whcih water filter I'm getting but not RO kind. It's a thought that makes me wonder...

Sunwarrior protein shake is really helping me out. It's preventing me from losing any more weight and helping me starting to get my muscle mass back. Been taking it for a month now. And making a point of eating greens everyday.

My goal is to be very very strong, have the soft feminine look and yet be buff. And keep my skin in great shape while I'm at it.

Here are the activities that I want to be a part of my everyday life.

Pilates, Yoga, Walking, Weight Training, Rebounding, Krava Maga, Dancing, Kickboxing, Isometric Spot Training, Facial Exercises, Basic Ballet, Rollerblading and Short Bike Rides.

And for the future when I find a partner, I would like to go Hiking, Rock Climbing, Horseback Riding, Long Bike Rides and Kung Fu.

Well, this is a good start for a good progress ahead of me starting this Exercise Journal.

Just take it day by day to get where I want to be. So today, rebounding and iso spot training.

Just do something everyday!! :) No matter how simple it might be, do it anyways!!

Much Love!!

That's one thing that's missing in my life....regular exercise! I do walk a mile or so several times a week, but it's not something I particular "like" to do, so it's a struggle to do it on a regular basis for me. You sound like you've got a great plan in mind. Very diverse list there. It's raining here today, so exercise is the LAST thing I feel like doing....but, I'm gonna take your advise and do something!!! Gonna do 50 situps right now...here I go! :)

....OK!!!! DONE!!!! Whoa! (pun intended!!!) I feel good!!! Thats for the suggestion!!!! :) It's funny, I was looking at Mommie Dearest yesterday...remember that movie? Well, there was a scene in the beginning where Joan Crawford was running in the morning and her assistant was driving the car along side her. I was thinking...wow! I totally wish I could do that. Well, maybe someday! :)

Whoa! Ok cool!! :) Awesome on how you like the idea of doing something everyday. We can support each other. Mmmmm.... we gotta find something you like to do. Belly dancing? Hooping? Any ideas?

I'm learning to be thankful to exercise when I get the chance. I really need to stop the groaning and moaning about it. How can I be a success as a true athlete if i can't be grateful and thankful for every time when I move that does my body good? As I'm typing about this is making me think that I should call it Daily Grateful Fitness or something like it.

That movie goes waaaaaay back! Need to make a trip to the library to see if they have the DVD for it. I did check out the movie trailer and caught the part where she was running along side the car. You so can totally do it!! That's the nice part about having a wish list, because it does eventually become true. :)
