Be Present

"Be Present" is one of the best thing I ever heard. Just give yourself a moment to think about it as in what those two words might mean to you before reading on what it means to me.

It's a choice to be in the here and now, not dwelling on the past or the future. It is to fully experience each moment and when that happens, seems that Life gravitates toward bringing forth good virtues to be experienced when being present.

Yes, I can still think about my past or my future, but I don't think it's meant to be dwelled on for so long though. it would be like a child who fell and scraped her/his knee never getting up to put a bandaid on, then moving on with knowing fully well from experiences that it'll heal over time. Or it would be like being so worried about the future, that all the good stutt that happened went by unnoticed. Where am I? Past, Present, Future????

Have you ever wonder what makes children and teenagers seems so free? I thought it was because they didn't really have much responsibilities. It may be a part of it, now I think it's a very small part of it. Most of them know how to simply let things go in a very short time and move on to be in the now. They know how to "Be Present" with ease.

Being present means that I won't be missing out on anything because I'm here. I'm not off somewhere in my mind dwelling on the past or the future. What matters is letting each moment to be fully experienced. As I'm doing this, it seems like my day is lasting a lot longer, which lead me to believe that it's the key to having much more time in each day.

And it also led me to believe this is the path to "Living Life to the Fullest".

It feels very cleansing, as in getting rid of the accumulations of thinking about the past or the future. My mind is focused on the now, and it'll be worth it, because I won't have to say that Life passed me by later on.

And to add, I did a paper, when I was in school, on true happiness. I read this tiny book and one of the best. It talks about that true happiness is within the "PRESENT". Get it? Each moment is a "PRESENT". A gift that most of us take for granted. And I find that most of makes so many excuses of why we're not in the moment. Most of it is past or future related, isn't it?

So here I am who have decided to "Be Present" to experience my life in the best way possible. Each "Present" I'm in is very much appreciated!! I love how this sounds!!

I'm really glad to hear those two words!!

"BE PRESENT" :)

Feels like harmony to me!! A bliss out concept!

My thought for the day and always!!

Blessings!!
