it's a beautiful day !
it's hula day for me so it's 5 hours of dancing, fun exercise, laughter and learning with my Hula Sistaz!
light breakfast - chia seeds soakd in almond mylk with a dash of cinnamon and agave. Still a bit hungry... well... not reeallly hungry but wanted to nibble on something -- so had a few almonds.
Lunch w be pesto over... hmmm i dunno wut - maybe zuchinni noodles?
I'm feeling really good about being back at RFT... I am feeling very grounded. It's nice to be able to connect with others that are sharing their journey, I really do learn alot when other rawbies share their knowledge. Today - I did a 'search' here on RFT about cholorella ... i have this huge bag of tablets - tried chewing them.... they were 'ok' but not something I would necessarily enjoy doing every day! So - i searched around to learn any recipes that may have been posted in the past .... or get ideas on how other rawbies use them... and found a great thread where one person just takes them with water - like a pill! I'm so up for that! Gunna start doing that today!
I have also began taking one teaspoon of coconut oil again (daily), and I am hoping this will aid in my weight loss and also help to improve my skin. My husband also got me this stuff called... Orgono Silicum. Ever heard of it? It's supposed to help with my joints, discs in my back and neck, etc... I plan on doing some research on this stuff to see what it is. I did try it - no flavor - tastes and looks just like water, mayb a slight hint of some kind of flavor but hardly noticable).
I'll keep you posted on that stuff!
