Gasp!! 2 years??!!! Omg!!!

wow.... literally floored me when I read my last post -- it's been 2 years... my goodness...

well... I'm 55 years young and ready to RAWk! Balance, joy, peace, and feeling comfortable in my skin... these are my goals.

it's easy to waste time... it slips by so fast and before you know it - 2 frickin years evaporated and I didn't even notice them slipping away. ALTHOUGH...!! I HAVE noticed the loss of the rawmacious glow... I HAVE noticed the pounds piling back on and I HAVE noticed my skin looks like ... well... okay - I'll say it... TOXIC... I look toxic -- what in the #@%?? have I been thinking? No more excuses...

sigh... that's alright... I'm back home, I woke up, and I'm listening (and HEARING) my body crying out for the right to live a healthy and peaceful life.

RAWk on... life is good when you find your way back home!

    oh whew.... i'm not crazy then ... glad it hasn't been 2 years!! that was a scary thought that time could slip away like that ... but .. now I think... uhhhh maybe it's my memory that's goin! lol!! great to see you again katchmollen and Ms Bananna!! RAWk on!
