Learned my lesson.
I've been probably around 90% raw this last week. Today for dinner, I made a big baked potato with vegan butter and steamed broccoli. Body is NOT happy. I feel so heavy and my stomach is just meh... I overate, which I don't do on raw. So I've learned my lesson. 100% for me now.
Weight loss count this week is 4lbs.
