My Wonderfully Raw Journey
My new journey

Even though i've joined the raw 30 day challenge i've decided not to be 100% anymore. Of course with forum rules i wont be posting or advocating any of my non raw choices but i felt i should let my fellow friends on here know where my journey has taken me. This was a personal decision i made based on spiritual guidance, more research about foods, human evolution, and paleo lifestyle. Now i feel stable and balanced and on top of the world and sadly raw vegan food wasn't doing this for me completely. I still drink raw almond milk, i still make raw desserts and i still eat a lot of my veggies raw and will make raw wraps and dehydrate my breads but the only difference is i'll be consuming "m" again no other products just "m" so that's where i'm at. Also i'll be cutting out grains since i no longer need them as a calorie source nor to keep me fuller longer. Love me or hate me i really don't care lol but i'm being honest to my fellow raw foodies who've helped me along my journey. Like i said before raw is what you make it it isn't a number or a label. If i need to be technical then i'm a whole foodist or semi raw foodie but i'm on the quest for optimal health and after these past two days of my new lifestyle i have never felt better. I hope i can still be a part of this community to learn more recipes and natural tips for improving my health along with others i know. I thank god for allowing me to experience this journey and continue to ask for blessing on my next 30 day journey. It seems i'm being led through many phases for a reason and i'm not going to fight back as that never gets me anywhere lol. Only god is my guide. Good Night!
