No-Bake Lemon Layer Cake
Too much raw deliciousness! Jodee wanted to try something new this week. I got to help her make these cakes. Can't believe I get paid to do this.
As if this wasn't enough fun for one week, I also got to hand dip scoops of Jodee's Vanilla-Chocolate Swirl pie into a seriously dark raw chocolate. The most amazing truffles! I slipped a few into the freezer to make bon-bons.
Haven't been home much this past three months since Jodee's Desserts opened. Taking this weekend off to catch up, sleep in and spend time with my family. The bon-bons will probably disappear before I get back to work on Monday. Oh well, ; ) I know someone will enjoy them. : )
