Sweet little bites! Vanilla-Chocolate Swirl, Chocolate Cherry, and Chocolate Mousse. I made 120 of these goodies for a wedding. Still loving my job!

I've been so busy at work that I haven't checked in to see what is happening on Raw Food Talk. I like the new style of the forum. Looks like fun. I hope to have more time to explore soon.

Good to see some of my old ethernet friends are still here.

    Aw these are amazing. Do you have a recipe and technique to share on how you did this. I'm looking for recipes that i can many large counts of for school events.

    I'll bet most of the wedding guests that ate these didn't believe they were raw either! ;) As a general rule, I don't tell anybody until after they try a bite, unless they ask. It is surprising how many people come into the shop and ask. Seems the raw world is getting larger all the time.

    I'm sorry about not being able to share recipes. I signed a non-disclosure agreement so I don't post recipes any more, not even my own.
