Ugh. I feel like crap. I know this has been coming. My body has been telling me for the past couple of days that it was unhappy with me. But really, 3 days in? 3 DAYS??? Well technically this is day 4 as I always post the previous day the next day - if that makes sense? I guess I should get to the point. I am extremely tired, with little to no energy. I couldn't even get out of bed this morning until 10am and even then just barely. I know this is typical detox but I think it's time to step up the green smoothies in hopes that it will kick my ass into gear. Anyway, here's the stats:

Starting Weight: 220 lbs
Weight Yesterday: 218 lbs
Weight Today: 217.4 lbs
Weight Loss To Date: 2.6 lbs
Starting Body Fat: 31.2%
Body Fat Yesterday: 30.9%
Body Fat Today: 31.4%
Mood: Negative
Feeling: Sick, tired.
Exercise Day 3: none
What I ate Day 3: lemon coconut cookies, sundried figs, eggplant w/ asian pate, RP's brownies w/ chocolate sauce, green smoothie, fluff, and... and... you know, I can't even remember what else I ate. I need a better system for tracking my food intake.
