Like a cross between travel sickness and that point when you are on the brink of passing out from alcohol. Not nice.

Madly hooping in circles didn't help. Got a feeling - not as strong as a craving - for meat. Am going to bed before it gets any worse.

    Hmm that's weird! I never craved meat even when i did eat it. I'm sorry your not feeling well i hope it passes!

    It was about 2 hours of feeling yucky and it passed. Feeling a little delicate this morning but will have an easy day and pamper myself!
