My Wonderfully Raw Journey

Ninja Master Prep Blender!!

Rate this Entry
So i had to replace my blender ASAP because the food processor was not green smoothie friendly. Don't get me wrong i love my processor for making cheese, desserts, and chopping stuff but when i need nice smooth goodness like my green smoothies it can't compete with a blender as it left too much pulp. So i went to target and i was going to spend 100 bucks on a kitchen aid blender but i said "wait a minute now all i need is a decent enough blender that will make my green smoothies and soups when i need it"yes i talk to myself lol. I saw the Ninja master prep which is like a baby version of the Ninja blender and something in my gut told me to get it. Brought it home and made some banana fro-yo with it and it was quick, easy, nice and smooth and super yummy!! So far so good. It was 50 bucks plus i got a little mini food processor that came with it I can use that for my smaller jobs like dressings and chopping small amounts. The 6 cup blender has 6 blades in it and you pulse from the top to make it work so i like how compact it is as i don't have much space on my counter tops for a big blender anyways. It's also SUPER quiet in comparison to my old blender so i'm sure my neighbors are happy lol. Only down side is that because it is manual pulses i cant set it and walk away to go do something else but i guess if it's super fast it wont matter. Can't wait to make a green smoothie with it this morning since my 2 week cleanse is coming up i need a machine that can keep up

Check out the Ninja MP:

Also didn't know it was an "As Seen on TV" item lol but for a college student budget i think it's perfect for us and the dorms too since it's not loud. I'm hoping when i graduate to get a vitamix for my new home lol

that looks as though it will cut the mustard! The price seems reasonable too. What will you make in it first?

Well last night i made my banana fro-yo or pudding whatever you'd like to call it lol that took a minute or 2 and this morning i made my green smoothie and was impressed at how quick it was and it got it nice and smooth..no pulp and it only took 3-5mins because most of my fruits were frozen. I love it definitely a good buy

Oooh very nice! I might have to invest in something similar once I go back to uni due to the space factor, but being back at my mom's i have access to her amazing black and decker blender plus food processor which is awesome
