Enormous Watermelon . . .

The size of a beach ball and so good. The texture is perfect and crispy and the juice is sweet but not too sweet.

Watermelon is expensive but it lasts better than the same money's worth of strawberries say.

We have lovely warm weather at the moment and if I had a freezer I would stick some big chunks on sticks and have them as lollies :)
