Georgina's Raw Journey
Day 61 - last day of June
June has been kind to me. I have lost about 11 pounds and inches and inches from my waist, hips, thighs, bust and face etc.
I have reduced the amount of fat I eat because I eat far fewer nuts and seeds now and maybe only 3-5 avos a week plus 1/2 pint olive oil.
I have increased my exercise levels but there is room for improvement and I should be doing more most days.
Must-have foods - tomatoes, strawberries and seaweeds.
Tomorrow I shall set out goals for July.
