So I officially started my raw journey early since all day sunday I ate raw and I'm at it again today! I even will be able to be raw at my bday dinner!!! So I figured no need to transition I love eating like this and clean up is amazing! I feel a little bad for my neighbors since my food processor is monster loud but its only a few minutes compared to a loud fire alarm lol. Last night I made banana pistachio honey ice cream...
yummy and today I made some more collars wraps to bring to work. And i made Alisa's Mock Salmon pate to add into wraps!!

Wraps are my staple right now! I'll also use the pate on a salad tomorrow. I want to order some kelp noodles for making pasta and I need some nori wraps for sushi also wild rice and quinoa for some veggie faux-fry. Also.my whole foods has a few raw snacks like make chips and flax seed crackers made locally that ill try in the near future. Overall my uncooking possibilities are endless and I'm excited to experiment. If i'm experiencing an detox signs i'd have to say it's my sluggishness even after having a green smoothie along with sensitivity to allergies and slight headaches but nothing too unbearable and i'm ready to continue this lifestyle through
