Georgina's Raw Journey

I work in a very small company - about 25 people - and every morning quite a number of them trot out to the van of the local sandwich man.

I used to trot out there too but even before I became raw again I stopped buying from him because his food was such low quality.

Since becoming raw I have been watching my colleague eating what the sandwich man calls a salad and she has been wistfully looking at my packed lunch which contains what I call a salad.

Today the penny dropped. I would make lunches for my work colleagues and they would get good quality food and lots of exciting salads and I would sneak as much raw food in as possible so that they would get that benefit to.

In my lunch hour I typed up a simple list of foods that I could prepare for them and by mid afternoon I had 6 orders! Which is plenty when I am just starting out.

We'll see how it goes.
