Spam and odd posts that mean nothing making it difficult to find the good post amongst the dross.

Meantime the sun is shining and the day is progressing well. Breakfast was fruity and lunch salady.

Looking forward to hooping this evening - where is the hula hoop smilie???

    Lol! I have tried sooo many times to hula hoop and I fail horribly. I need hooping lessons. I almost bought one that had lights on it and when you would hoop with it, it would light up. It was pretty cool.
