So, today I went on two decent length walks. I feel out of shape, but it could also be the fact that I had a huge meal hours beforehand and it's still just sort of sitting in me. Another reason why mini meals, more frequently is a better idea if you want to be energetic and not slip into post supper comas.
Unfortunately, the only healthy thing I ate today was a lentil dal I made for dinner. Lentils always make me so full I feel like I'm gonna burst!
I'm so desperate to get to a size 2. I think I look fine the way I am, but, I LOVE the way I look and FEEL when I'm downright thin. I feel light, like I'm walking on air. Happier, more energetic, more athletic, less magnetized to the ground. I also feel like even losing 20 lbs would benefit my joints (which are already starting to hurt and I'm only 22. must be all that darn running.) knee problems def. Prominent in my family tree, so I feel it's something I should be aware of anyway.
Right now, I'm about a size 6, 7, or 8 depending on the brand. I'd like to whittle myself back down to a 2. Weight wise, I hover around 138 these days. My goal is to be just shy of 120.
