Yesterday I broke my fast with raspberries at 4pm. Yummo!
I did stay vegan and gluten free and also junk food free except for a handful of chips.
I quit root beer and chocolate and freezies...I am SOOOO done with sugary junk food. You know how sometimes you just turn on a dime and you know you're just done forever? That is me with sugary junkfood. I'm done for life....It seriously has just gone too far and gone on too long and I'm super done.
Chips aren't really a big draw for me...they aren't a daily battle and I very rarely find myself eating excessive amounts. So I'm not really stressed about that piece for now, because it's not really a problem.
I did not eat a salad. I found it a small challenge to eat the fruit, even though once I was eating it I was loving it. But to take that actual step...it's not second nature to me, but I will keep forcing it until it is. :)
Tonight I am planning to have salad. Yesterday I learned that planning, Actually planning it out, will get the results...not just wishful thinking, lol. Go figure.
