Should I....????

So many times on forums I'm totally flabbergasted when people ask questions such as: "Should I eat a whole avocado or only half?" "Can I eat more than one banana a day?" "How much fresh, raw juice can I have a day?" "Can I have juice all day and then eat something at night?" "Can I have juice and smoothie in one day or should I just stick with juice?"
Just like the money issue in my last post, I have to ask, who is in charge of your thinking? Certainly not common sense. HAS to be some little monkey chattering in your head for which, of course, you can't be blamed for as it's all subconscious programming yet, consider this ~
When you were eating at your worst, did you go to a forum and ask if you "should" eat that next slice of pizza? Drink that 4th glass of wine, or that next bottle of beer? How about that Big Gulp in the morning? Need anyone's permission for that? That box of chocolates you ate when you were feeling low? The eighth cup of coffee that got you through the day? How about when you mixed beer and hard liquor ~ or various liquors? Whom did you ask?
When one is transitioning from a SAD (Standard American Diet), my advice is, eat as much fresh, raw food as you can ~ whole, juiced or blended. Yes, your body may, at first wonder what the heck you're doing to it. It may crave something beyond anything you can imagine such as nothing but avocados, or bananas yet, after it gets it nutritional fill, it'll stop and want something more. Give your body a chance to heal and eliminate toxins from what you've been giving it.
That may take the form of headaches (often from coffee and/or diet drinks); skin break out; sinus issues, etc. If you stick with it, all that will go away and you'll feel a new, more vibrant you!
Most of all, as adults, feel free to play with your food! Now's the time! If not now, when?
Injoy,
Revvell
