Exercise still falling way behind . . .
One of the things I wanted to address in June was my low levels of activity.
Half way through June and I'm still falling shy of this goal.
I am planning to use my lunch hour to walk a few bare-foot miles and my bf is getting me the materials to make a hula hoop for hooping on his way home tomorrow.
I have watched so many hooping vids that I'm surprised I haven't started to dream about hooping.
They make it look so easy on you-tube but I think I'm in for a significant number of bruises - maybe a little pipe lagging foam would be a good idea?
I'm not fit enough to hoop for long so whilst I get the fitness worked on, I can work on keeping the hoop going long enough to make me catch my breath :)
