I flicked through one of my raw recipe books last night and found a few that don't need a dehydrator or other expensive machine to make.

Some of the soups really sound lovely as long as I can get the hang of eating soup cold.

I'm going to take the book to work and figure out which dishes to make first.

    Woo Hoo! I just got into soups after my feast. What I did was to leave the veggies out for a couple of minutes so they wouldn't be so cold and added water that was 105 degrees. Not HOT soup but 'warm' soup. With an avocado and plantain. YUMMM!
