This is to represent exactly how I soared at eating raw today. NOT!
I awoke today knowing that I would be left alone as the only other person who helps do what I do would be in meetings all day long. I was going to have my lunch at work (no going home) and feeling a great burden...I ate likewise. Agh. It was an awful food day. Not a lot eaten, but what was eaten...there wasn't a raw food in the bunch.
However. My daughter took a couple pics of me and I have to say, I feel more motivated than ever! ;P
So. That was my day. Hoping for more raw tomorrow.
