Day 0 tomorrow start 30-day challenge

Alright, tomorrow I begin the 30-day challenge.
I thought it would be helpful to begin recording what I eat today so I am up to the challenge tomorrow. I have been eating mostly raw, but I seem to go off the wagon in the evenings. So, today I am allowing myself my last taste of my favorite cooked dishes and tomorrow I start 100%. So, here goes:
workout = upper body and abs. My shins are bothering me right now, so I am going to layoff lower body and cardio for another week to heal them.
Morning
3 dehydrated hummus chips
1/2 tsp flax oil
1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
2 cups lentil sprouts
1 green smoothie with kiwi, spinach and celery
Non-raw - 1 strawberry blow pop (yummy)
Afternoon
1/2 tsp psyllium husk
1 cup Raw eggplant dip with lemon, garlic, tahini and parsley
2 cups raw asparagus
1 brazil nut
2 cups cantalope (left over from a lunch meeting - the only thing I could eat).
2 carrots
1 banana
2 cups strawberries
Evening
