I have been 100% raw for 41 days now and my hair and nails are growing like there is no tomorrow. My nails are stronger too and I am hoping that my dusting of grey hair might go away in time or at least slow down its arrival in full!

My skin is clearer but there is still much room for improvement. I have more energy and seem to need less sleep.

Clothes are hanging off me - must get some belts to hold trousers up!
