some raw meal/food ideas
to help me transition back to eating higher raw, i'm going to compile a list of raw/high raw meals for myself.
-green smoothie (duh)
-salad: mushrooms, greens, dressing, random veggies
-guacamole and carrots
-fruit salad with mint
-whole fruit
transition foods/drinks:
cocoa
green/white/herbal tea
lara bars
store bought smoothies
orange juice
also, my current weight is 138. my goal is 120.
