I feel very at home with what I am eating at the moment. Today I noticed an increased enjoyment of greens - notably pak choi - I can't explain it exactly but I like them more and I am going to put it down to being plucked from the garden and straight to the plate.

hmmm...never heard of it. Is it like bok choy? How do you prepare it?

exactly the same I think ... just a different spelling.

I just pick it, dust off any mud and shove it on the plate! Mine's still very young so I'm using thinnings in salads and it's lovely.
