Feeling good though not been very organised today. I have a bunch of bags with fresh fruit and veg in but didn't make up a salad!
May has seen the back of 22 pounds in weight and a huge increase in positivity levels and energy.
Goals for June
1) Keep on keeping on.
2) Consume less fat in the form of salad dressing
3) Sprout even more
4) Get down to the coast on a regular basis for seaweeds etc.
Implement a regular exercise programme.
5) look at making rejuvelac etc
