Georgina's Raw Journey
Hen Therapy
I have spent a lot of time outside with the girls today. They are very good listeners and as long as you don't go in bare feet or flip-flops they don't peck your toes thinking they are worms!
I have the house to myself as the bf has gone off for a few days camping.
It is really, really quiet - I can almost hear the sound of sprouting seeds in the kitchen.
I got a duff watermelonIt was perfect in every way in terms of choosing one but when I got it home and opened it, it just tasted of nothing. I won't get that variety again.
Prepared sunflower and pumpkin seeds for sprouting this afternoon and it really does take a time to sort out the little broken bits - especially the sunflower seeds.
Also got some alfalfa, mung and various others set up on the draining board.
My week of salad dressing is made and this week I have added a little ginger as well as the dates and garlic.
It feels like a coming together sort of day which I suppose it is since the working week starts tomorrow.
My general mood is placid.
